If you have access to the appropriate tools, are familiar with the use of these tools, and have a basic understanding of the construction of walls, you will find installation to be a relatively simple process.

Installation Information
The Bench Solution workbench and IdealWall are designed for convenient “Do It Yourself” installation. Depending on your situation, however, you may need or prefer to hire someone for installation. We will discuss all the options so you can make the decision that is right for you.
Hiring a Professional
If you aren’t mechanically inclined, too busy, or just not interested in building/putting things together, then this is the option for you. We suggest hiring a local handyman service. If you already know an experienced contractor you trust, check with that person first. Your friends and neighbors can be great sources for recommendations.
The key is to make sure you are dealing with a true professional who will complete the job on time and on budget. If your hired hand has any questions about how to install any of our products we will be happy to take their call. The downside of hiring a professional is the added cost to your project and the research time required to hire a competent contractor.
Self-Installation
One of the great benefits of the Bench Solution workbench and IdealWall is the ease of self-installation. If you have access to the appropriate tools, know how to use them and can follow simple directions, self-installation may be for you. Plus, completing a home improvement project on your own is a tremendously satisfying feeling!
