Shipments are processed F.O.B. from the Bench Solution™, Inc. warehouse in Hiawatha, Iowa.
Bench Solution™, Inc. reserves the right to select the most economical method for a shipment. All shipments are made by UPS unless the size or weight of the order exceeds UPS limits.
UPS is a reliable service with online package tracking that offers a good combination of value,
speed and reliability.
Oversize or overweight shipments will be made by Common Carrier. and this can keep the shipping
costs as low as possible. If there are ever any additional shipping charges you would be notified and
given an opportunity to modify your order.
All orders will be charged freight unless other arrangements have been made.
Shipments outside the Continental United States will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
